We don't call it quits after the planning is complete. We provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and consulting services to help you implement the plans you have developed.

The core value in coaching and mentoring rests in reporting, review and feedback. Each and every person and their business is different so we treat you as such  -  we don't just go through an "out of the can" coaching programme you often hear of.
 
Some simple examples of how coaching and mentoring, from my experience, is powerful:
  • We establish some easily obtainable and highly visible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  -  i.e.
    • Establish a client classification and average dollar sale value by service.
    • How many paying client / class every day do you need to hit your planned budget?
    • How many leads or prospects do you need to touch base with every day to produce a paying client?
    • How many leads or prospect have you planned to see this week?
  • Report KPIs weekly.
  • Establish a review / feedback meeting weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as often as you require for a dose of real accountability.
  • Establish a regular Strategic Management Meeting for results to be reviewed against the Detailed Business Action Plan.
  • Update the plan with new objectives and goals in the light of performance to date.

Simplistic though this may seem, just the process of reporting is an eye-opener in its self. It keeps your goals front of mind and is a critical element in your succeeding.
