You're experts at what you do. We're experts at helping you. My speciality is providing business building services, working with my clients to recognise and access the hidden value in their businesses.
"I read all the latest business books, I attend seminars and professional development courses. What additional value would you bring?"
In three words - “focus”, “accountability” and “implementation”. My business coach, yes, I have one also, brings these three disciplines to the fore. He “holds my feet to the fire” when I falter, makes me plan, review and report weekly (without fail) and keeps me on track. Oh, the forth point - very important; he celebrates my wins!
"We have active shareholders and a great Board of Directors who we meet with regularly - surely their input is as good, if not better than yours?"
I bring an independent, un-biased and balanced contribution to the table. We don’t have shares; we don’t have company political leanings and are not protecting a job. We are not related through the family or by marriage and don’t carry historical “baggage”. In fact, some clients use us to chair their management meetings because stakeholders are more comfortable with us as neutral party, even if the answers they get are challenging.
"How can you provide all the professional business advice our business and it’s directors and management may require?"
We can’t, and we are quick to identify when other professional services should be called in. We have an extensive network of Financial, Legal, Tax, IT and HR professionals we work with who we can recommend should you require their services.
"How much will this all cost?"
We always meet or hold an initial telephone consultation without obligation and free of charge to assess what you need and for you to get a feel for how we work. If we can help and you wish to proceed we provide details of the investment in time and money followed by a written proposal before we start any work.
